Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. The caregiver did not demonstrate good judgment when they lifted a child up after the child dropped their weight back to the ground, The opposing forces between the child's weight and the caregiver's strength to pull the child up caused the child to receive nursemaid's elbow.
