Safety Requirements for Active Play Equipment - No Entrapment Openings
At the time of the inspection the sandbox area had boards that had separated with gaps that children's limbs could get caught in and had exposed screws. There was a soccer goal net that had broken threads that created openings large enough for children's body/body parts to go through.
