During today's inspection walkthrough, I observed that many classrooms have wires hanging and are accessible to the children. In addition, there are several cleaning supplies in the open classrooms that may be accessible to the children. The operation was to order the cover and install it by 8/3/2026.

During the inspection, I observed room 2 has 11 children (mix group age from 6 months to 10 months) with 2 teachers. The walk through was conducted around 8:15 am. The operation will make sure has enough teachers to cover for each classroom. Correct during the inspection.
