A 9-month-old was in a sleeper rocker without safety straps. Also, a 12-month-old was sitting in a bucket chair at an infant feeding table without the safety straps fastened. The child was removed from the sleeper rocker at inspection and the safety straps in the bucket chair were fastened at inspection.
