Upon arrival, I observed 3 classrooms of children with 3 caregivers. The children over 18 months of age were napping. One classroom had reduced the naptime ratio by 50%. An additional caregiver was not present in the building during this time. This was corrected when two caregivers arrived from their lunch break.
