A caregiver did not properly supervise a child when allowing the child to go down the hallway to the restroom alone. This occurred during a transition time where the hallway was filled with people not associated with the program which prevented the caregivers from having visual and auditory awareness, physical proximity to the child, and the ability to have knowledge of the child's activities.
