There were 2 classrooms that were unaware of the number of children in their group. In one group a caregiver stated she had 15 and it was determined she had 14. In another group a caregiver stated she had 6 children and it was determined she had 7 children in their care.

There were 2 groups of children observed transitioning into the snack room and the caregivers were observed to have walked in first while there were still children walking behind the caregivers.In another incident a caregiver was observed to have stepped out of her classroom to watch children put away their belongings on a shelf, that was in a separate classroom, there was only the 1 caregiver present to supervise both groups of children.
