      Safety - Televisions Anchored to Prevent Tip Over

      The television observed in the lunch/Pre-K area was not anchored properly on the Television stand. The flat screen television was observed on a rolling cart without the proper restraints. Upon arrival, a total of 14 children were observed in front of the television.

      Floors, ceilings and Walls in Good Repair and Clean

      A tile was removed from the ceiling area in the Toddler classroom, which contained a leak. The classroom had a towel on the floor beneath the hole in order to prevent the floor from being wet. The walls in the school-age classroom and the toddler classroom contained chipped paint, and missing ceiling tiles.

      Based on information obtained, it was discussed that parents are not allowed entry due to COVID restrictions, and/or concerns. According to the owner parents are not allowed past the entry door, which makes classrooms inaccessible to parents during drop-off and pick-up.
