      Responsibilities of Caregivers- Supervision of Children

      On two separate occasions during the inspection, I observed children being left alone in the gym while the caregiver left to answer the door. I also observed children entering the gym from the playground ahead of the caregiver. The second caregiver was not in the gym. She was answering the door.
