The home was found in unsanitary conditions. Bleach on the kitchen counter near food items. Garbage exposed and accessible to children. Significant amount of gnats were flying throughout rooms, around trash can and on garage door leading from kitchen. The under sink cabinet in the restroom had Drano accessible to children.
