      The ceiling air vent was dusty on the outside area. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the vent was cleaned and the air filter was replaced with a new one. In the toddler restroom there was a can of hairspray that stated keep out of reach of children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the hairspray from under the changing area making it inaccessible to the children.
