In the outdoor playground area there were 3 toy cars that were not kept in a sanitary manner. There was dirty water in the car, making it unsanitary for the children to use. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when employee removed the cars from the outdoor area and threw them away.

During inspection 2 garbage bins in the classrooms were seen without the lid, making it accessible to the children. In the restroom a trash been was seen without a lid making it accessible to the children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver bought new garbage bins and removed the old ones.
