      Basic Requirements for Infants - Never Unsupervised

      An infant was left in a classroom unsupervised for approximately 20 minutes. The infant was uninjured and experienced no apparent distress as a result of the incident. The caregiver responsible was terminated. The owner and director have required remaining staff to complete additional trainings on active supervision to mitigate risk and prevent future incidents.
