      A seven month old infant had a blue push pop bubble toy inside the crib while sleep. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the caregiver removing the toy.

      Basic Requirements for Infants - Never Unsupervised

      During the walk through inspection I noticed there was not a teacher in the infant room. I looked around for the teacher and did not observe anyone there. As i began to turn around I saw a teacher behind me stating i'm right here. This was the same caregiver I observed walking past me in the hallway as I was headed towards her infant classroom. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver came back into the classroom.
