Dog feces were observed on the play area were the children play and a white wooden board was observed broken with a nail sticking out of it. During the inspection the primary caregiver did remove the feces and threw it in the trashcan and nailed the wooden beam back into the fence.

Cat feces was observed scattered throughout the play area were the children play. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the primary caregiver pickup all the feces and dump it in the trashcan outside.
