Observed four cribs in the infant room, All four cribs were being used by other infants while there were two infants who were asleep and did not have a crib to be placed in. The operation stated that some of the older infants usually sleep on mats on the floor, but they had placed them in the crib today.

Observed a toddler taken out of a crib and another infant laid down in the same crib with the same crib sheet. This was corrected when it was discussed with the caregivers that the crib must be sanitized and the sheet changed prior to use by another child.
