Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity
Observed a child walk out of a classroom to use a bathroom in the hallway. One teacher left the classroom and closed the door behind them and walked to the front of the building leaving the child in the bathroom with no visial, or auditory supervision. Licensing spoke to the person in charge and they returned the child to the correct classroom.

Parental Notification of Less Serious Injuries
A parent was not notified of a minor injury their child recieved while in care. I spoke with caregivers regarding checking the children if they start crying to ensure that no injuries occurred and to always notify the parents of minot injuries the day of the injury when the parent picks the child up.
