Mark Cleaning Supplies, Toxic Materials; Keep Separate from Food and Inaccessible to Children
Observed Frebreeze on the back of the toilet, which children have access too. Also observed the changing table unlocked with bleach water in a bottle. This was corrected when the Febreeze was placed out of the reach of the children and caregivers were asked to lock the cabinet.
