      AP Report Child Injury Requiring Medical Treatment by a Health-Care Professional or Hospitalization

      The operation sent an email after 5:00 on a Friday 3/7/25 regarding a child with an injury who required medical attention. The email was not received until Monday morning on 3/10/2025 which is past the 2 day requirement. I spoke with the director about how to properly make reports. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.
