      During nap time in the infant and toddler classroom I observed children sleeping in front of the exit doors. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers moved the children to another area in the classroom.

      There were multiple nail bolts sticking out of the black barrier on the playground structure and there were rusted nails observed sticking out of a play equipment that is anchored to the ground. This was corrected during the inspection when the director hammered the nails back into place
