      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      In the 3 year old classroom, urine was observed on the floor in the restroom. Furthermore in the 2 year old classroom a trash can with diapers was observed without a lid, making dirty diapers accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the urine was cleaned off the floor and the floor was sanitized as well as replacing the uncovered trash can with a trash can that has a lid.
