A caregiver was not aware of how many children were under their supervision after completing a group transition to the restroom. When asked how many children they had, The caregiver stated "I don't know, I haven't counted yet." This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver counted the children and was then aware of how many children were under their supervision.

During the inspection the operation was observed to be out of ratio when one caregiver began sending children from the restroom area into the cafeteria with another caregiver. During that transition period the caregiver in the cafeteria went from supervising 17 children to supervising 29 children alone. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver in the restroom area took 5 children from the caregiver in the cafeteria.
