Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
An unraveled water hose was observed on the main playground causing a possible tripping or entanglement hazard. This was corrected at inspection when the water hose was removed from the playground. Areas of the chain link fence were observed unanchored around the perimeter on both playgrounds causing a possible entanglement hazard. The playground surface was observed to have spaces between surfacing mats causing possible tripping hazards.
