      This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant based on information obtained. It was observed in the video obtained during the investigation that two different caregivers did not wash their hands after changing a child's diaper.

      This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant based on information obtained. The caregiver did not use good judgement when she stepped away from the steps in front of sink leaving a 15-month-old to retrieve a towel from the table and did not inform management that the child had fallen off the steps and was not participating in activities throughout the day that they normal would participate.
