Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

During the inspection, a child was observed coming out of the restroom by themselves. The caregiver responsible for the child was outside on the playground and the door was shut leading to the playground. This prevented the caregiver from having auditory awareness of the child inside. While the caregiver would glance inside periodically, they could not see inside the bathroom and they would turn their head to look at the children outside preventing them from having constant visual awareness of the child inside.
