The fence in the backyard is in need of repair. A mop bucket with standing water was observed outside on the patio. A jug of Fabuloso and dish detergent was observed outside on the patio and accessible to children. A pair of scissors, a small metal shovel and a knife was observed outside on the patio and accessible to children. There were other items such as a propane tank and fire burner outside on the patio and accessible to children.
