It was observed on the playground there were three broken toys on two playgrounds, there were cleaning supplies in the reach of children in two classrooms, there was a bag of garbage that had been placed in a children's restroom on the floor, and that there was trash on the floor of another classroom. The cleaning supplies was moved to an uppershelf in both classrooms.

During walkthrough it was observed that there was cleaning supplies and household paint accessible to children. It was also observed that play equipment on toddler playground had two broken seats. Corrected at inspection when director/staff removed cleaning supplies and paint out of reach of children. Director placed duck tape on broken seats of equipment.
