      Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

      During the walkthrough it was observed in the outdoor play area there was paint chipping on the house, a doorway had rotten wood, there were old tires, plants with sharp leaves, metal pipes exposed, sewer clean out was missing its cap and the ac unit were accessible to children. There was also no railing for stairs that were more than 20 inches in height leading into the home from outdoor play area.
