During an investigation it was found that a caregiver gave a toddler Mike and Ike candy which can be a choking hazard for that age group. The caregiver no longer works at the operation.

During an investigation it was found that a caregiver was using their smart watch to talk and or text while supervision the children. This was corrected as the caregiver is no longer employeed.
