During the investigation the operation was found to be deficient with this Minimum Standard. Interviews conducted during the investigation confirmed children under the age of two years of age were being shown videos of Ms. Rachel and Jack Hartmann which constitutes screen time prohibited for that group age.

AP Report Child Injury Requiring Medical Treatment by a Health-Care Professional or Hospitalization
Caregivers were aware of that a child had recieved medicatal attention to remove a rock from the child's nose and did not report the injury to licensing. I spoke with the staff about making reports and how to make reports. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.
