      During an investigation, it was found that a child was left alseep on their cot while both caregivers took the other children out of the classroom and down the hall. The child was left unsupervised for around 1 minute and 15 seconds.

      Prohibited Punishments - Corporal Punishment

      During investigation of the videos provided by the adjoining day care and also the video obtained by the main HeadStart office. It was observed that the caregiver kicked the child, raising her (child) legs off the ground and causing her to roll to the side, and lifted another child completely off from the ground by his coat.
