    During a walk through there were 7 classrooms that did not know how many children that they had in care. One classroom stated that they had 8 children in care but they had 7 children. Another classroom stated that had 10 children in care, but had 11 children. Another classroom stated that they had 6 children in care but had 7. Another classroom stated that they had 8 children in care but they had 7 children. Another classroom stated that they had 7 children in care but had 8 children.
