      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      In the toddler room the outlet plate is loose from the wall. The diaper changing mat is ripped causing it to not be sanitizable. Note: Pictures were taken of the mat and a video was taken of the outlet plate. The mat was ordered before I left the inspection. The outlet was tightened during the inspection.
