Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
The toddler classroom had a colorful soft play structure for climbing and motor skills that was torn with exposed threading located in the center of the classroom presenting an increased risk of choking among the one year old children present. This was corrected when the administrator removed the structure from the classroom.
