      Safety - Air Conditioners, Fans, Heaters Safeguarded

      The space cadets classroom was observed with an operating air conditioner unit in the window while children were napping. The cord to the air conditioner was hanging from the unit into the outlet plug. The air conditioner was observed in the classroom, not mounted, and accessible to children in care. The Director removed the air conditioner unit from the window.

      One staff, hired 10/29/2021 was observed in the Happy Hoppers classroom without an active background check. The background check portrayed inactive November 2022. Director removed caregiver from designated classroom.
