Fire Extinguishers Serviced
Four fire extinguishers did not have documentation of current annual inspections being conducted. A fire extinguisher in a transportation van showed it was last inspected on January 2, 2024, a second van did not have a tag showing when it was last inspected, and a third van and kitchen had the fire inspection tags ripped in half, making it unable to determine when they were last inspected.
