      During inspection, a caregiver was observed to be supervising children without cleared background checks, to include pending fingerprints and pending national sex offender registry checks. Caregiver was allowed to be present before receiving notification from the criminal background check unit that the caregiver was eligible. This was corrected when this caregiver was removed from the operation. Caregiver's fingerprinting appointmnet was scheduled for 2/20/2026 during inspection.
