Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
Multiple nails were protruding from the fence that posed a shear hazard. A fence panel was also not connected at the bottom. Additionally, a section of the wire fence had come undone at the top and from the wooden fence creating an opening that a child could slip through and have access to the alleyway.
