The door to the closet in the nap room has a piece of missing wood at the bottom left corner. The wall under the window in the nap room has chipped paint and crack in the paint on the wall. In the outdoor play area, the fencing has a long rope that Is tied around the fence panel hanging. The fencing around the playground had gaps in two corners. The electrical outlets were not covered. *The electrical outlets was corrected at inspection when the primary caregiver placed outlet covers on all outlets accessible to children.
