There were two infants sleeping in pack and plays without a caregiver in the classroom. The infants were 5 & 10 months old. The infant caregiver was observed in the kitchen area upon entering the center.

There were 13 children in care with a 2 month old and 10 year old combined in the eating area. Approximately 20 minutes later a 7 month old infant was combined with the group of children. Note: Director moved infants to classroom 10 minutes later.
