A child in the toddler class was observed wearing an amber bead necklace. The child is less than 35 months old. The necklace was removed bringing the operation into compliance.

Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
It was observed that the yard need mowing since all grass is over 6 inches tall. There was also a baby gate that was at the bottom of the ramp leading to the play yard. It was being closed by a bungee cord that was extremely difficult to remove and gain access to out of the play yard. This needs to be replaced with an appropriate gate or other closure.

There were 8 infants - young toddlers on the play yard. The specified age group was 14 month. There was one qualified care giver and on new volunteer supervising the group. The volunteer was moved to another class, and a qualified caregiver came out to replace the volunteer which brought the group into compliance.
