Based on information gathered, it was determined that caregiver gave a child water in a sippy cup that was not thoroughly washed from the inside of the valve/collar that had mold in the valve/collar of the sippy cup, therefore water was not served in a safe and sanitary manner. Note: This was corrected prior to inspection when the operation only uses disposable cups, and all other extra sippy cup were disposed.
