The operation is using the 3 year old playground that has not been inspected and approved by CCR. This was corrected when CCR inspector measured the playground on 10/22/2025. The operation did not notify CCR that they have added 3 years old to their services and added a room for the 3 year olds. The permit indicates ages infants to two years olds.
