A 5 year old and 9 month old were left unsupervised in a classroom while the director took the rest of the group to the restroom. This was partially corrected when the infant caregiver moved the 9 month old to the infant room but the 5 year old was remained unsupervised in the classroom. A 3 year old then left the restroom and entered the classroom unattended. The 3 year old and 5 year old were observed unsupervised in the classroom. This was corrected when the director and the rest of the group returned to the classroom where the 5 and 3 year old were.
