      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      The infant room had an air purifier cord exposed on the floor while having infants roaming the classroom. Also in the infant room, there were accumulated items on top of a diaper changing station by the far right side of the room. Items such as steps, varies poster boards and upright mat pilled on top of each other. There was a flamingo floater in the infant room with a warning labeled stating "This is not a toy". There was also a beach ball. Note. This was corrected at inspection.
