Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
The restroom in the school age class had paper towels and toilet paper on the sink and floor. There was also a plunger laying on the ground sideways. There was a detach peel and stick baseboard molding by the exit door in the school age classroom. The preschool classroom had several staples loose on the floor. The infant classroom had a staple on the carpet by the sleeping equipment. The half-moon table with bucket seats had the safety straps dirty with a brown color. Note. this was corrected at inspection when the bucket seats were removed from the table. The restroom and classroom floors were cleaned. The baseboard taped.
