It was observed that the BBQ pit was not covered, making it accessible to children. The water holes was not wrapped up, creating a tripping hazard. The wooden fence had nails that were exposed, creating a hazard. The wooden fence was not enforced appropriately, causing the fence to tilt. A shovel, and rake were observed in the backyard. A wooden pallet was observed in the backyard with sharp edges, creating a hazard. The wooden exit door was taken off the hinge, creating a hazard. A latch was not installed on the cabinet under the kitchen sink that had cleaning supplies. The gargage door steel opener was observed in the backyard, creating a hazard.
