Out of eight staff files reviewed, six staff was missing proof of emergency preparedness training, six staff were missing proof of administering medication training, two staff were missing proof of food allergy training, one staff was missing proof of building safety training, and three staff were missing proof of hazardous material training. The director stated that four staff have training certificates arriving in the mail for some of those topics.
