      Two outlet covers in two different rooms were observed broken with sharp edges. One couch in one room was observed with the fake leather cover ripped. One couch in another room was observed with a whole in the seat part of the cushion. Paint is peeling on the front wall of one of the classrooms.

      The toddler room was observed to have visible dirt on the walls. Boarders for the base boards were observed falling off in the infant room and the toddler room. Note: Pictures were taken for the file. The boarders were reglued during my inspection.
