      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      The outdoor toddler fence has a foot of separation from the daycare building to the white fence. This open space allows a child to gain access outside the daycare. The preschool playground consisted of a broken gutter, broken tree branches, and tall grass. The operation also had several ants throughout the entire outdoor area that led into the operation doors and throughout the hallways.
